Troy Clarkson is an experienced CEO with more than two decades of experience managing, leading, and providing strategic direction for governments and communities.
With experience as both an elected and appointed official, Troy has the rare perspective of someone who has held leadership positions in in both political and administrative venues.
He has led organizations with budgets exceeding $100 million annually and has received international recognition for his work, including having twice been recognized with the ‘Distinguished Budget Award’ by the Government Finance Officers Association as the Town Manager and CEO in Hanover, MA. He has more than two decades of experience in all facets of labor relations, including negotiating, implementing and enforcing collective bargaining agreements, creating and implementing policies and evaluation tools, and mediating disputes. He is recognized as a pioneer and a leader in the emerging relationship-based approach to labor relations. He serves as an alternate member of the Joint Labor Management Committee for the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations.
